ABOUT US
A handwritten journaling workbook on self-sabotage
“We believe that the most powerful change begins not with a sudden flash of insight, but in the pages of quiet reflection – when you meet not only your thoughts, but also your true self.”

How did it all begin?
We founded “Archetipas” because we see too many creative, fully formed ideas and dreams in people who are stuck between “knowing” and “taking real action.” They read books, attend lectures, and explore personal growth, yet their inner voice keeps repeating: “I’m not ready yet.”
Therapy is especially valuable, but it’s not always available right here and right now. So we asked ourselves: what if you could sit down with your story, your beliefs, and your vision, right where you are, and have as much time as you need?
This question became our mission.
What are we creating? Hand-written systems for self-discovery
Neurobiologist Audrey van der Meer, who conducted research, found that writing by hand activates far more areas of the brain than typing on a keyboard. This is the first physical step that allows the brain to move from theoretical thinking to practical action.
Our exercises are based precisely on this neurobiological theory. They are designed for those moments when you know you want to change, but don't yet know where to start.

Forget theory, Get to work

Why doesn't change ever happen? Because knowledge doesn't change your life – ACTION does.
